Prayer time with Elders If you would like special time to pray with the Elders, a regular prayer time has been made available to our church family. The Elders will be in the chapel from 7:00-8:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday evening of each month. Those dates are: May 13, Jun 10, Jul 8, Aug 12, Sep 9, Oct 14, Nov 11, and Dec 9.
Manna Food May Manna Food order forms are available now at hillsidewired.com under Missions or at the Guest Services Desk.
May orders and payments can be placed either in the drop box located in the lobby of the church office or mailed to HCC, Manna Food, 6100 Soncy, Amarillo, TX 79119.

Sonrise Sizzler
Join us on Sunday, May 4, 5PM-6PM in the Epicenter Building for
various pastas, salad, and dessert. Entertainment provide by Sonrise students.
Tickets are $8 and can be purchased at the table in the loop or at the door the day of the event. All proceeds from the Sizzler go to the Sonrise mission project and trip to Orlando in June.
Elevate Special Elevate services at 6:00PM in the Chapel (traditional) and Auditorium (Contemporary). After worship, we will be sharing news about NEXT and the Generosity Revolution.
Discover Hillside Discover Hillside is our membership class. This class explains the mission and vision of Hillside Christian Church. During this hour-long class, you will learn the "what and whys" of Hillside while you enjoy a complimentary meal. After completing the class, you will be given an opportunity to join the church. We also provide childcare while you learn about the class. Call Diana 457-4996 to register.
Health Resource Ministry A new branch of ministry is coming to Hillside in order to partner actively with Congregational Care by informing, educating, and enhancing health awareness. Examples of services to be provided include blood pressure screenings, visits to home and hospitals, usage of home health equipment, CPR Classes, and health counseling.

Middle School Camp - Stories If you're in middle school, you need to cruise with us this summer to El Porvenir Camp for one of our middle school camps! It's a great way to connect with God and with friends, not to mention hang out in one of the most beautiful places around! Our theme for the weeks is "Stories" - seeing how our story and God's story are one in the same. Blake Bergstrom and the worship team from LifeChurchtv in OKC will be joining us...this is one week you don't want to miss out on!

Engage Come serve with us on May 17th, September 21st, October 11th, October 26th, and December 6th. Engage allows students to be the hands and feet of Jesus and teach them to lead by serving. Contact Chris Condit for more information.
Habitat for Humanity Hillside Christian Church is teaming with Habitat for Humanities of Amarillo to build a house for a family in our community. Construction will begin October 11 with the dedication on October 25. Everyone is encouraged to be part of this team.
