Welcome to the Singles+ Ministry of Hillside Christian Church!
Are you single?  Experience Jesus: His love and grace.
Being single is not an indication of wholeness or incompleteness.  Being
complete or whole is a heart matter:  who is Lord of your heart?  A
single person can be a whole person when he or she has the Lord Jesus
firmly rooted in his or her heart, ready to stand in Him in this world as a
whole person.
       
Singles+ is a dynamic part of the DNA of Hillside and the  community. 
The Singles+ Ministry (those 40+years of age) is dedicated to providing single adults with a healthy environment where we connect and fellowship with each other while we grow in the Lord and engage in service to others.

Mission statement:
To love God as we lead others into a growing relationship with Jesus
Christ.
Through GRACE, as we exhibit:
Growth in knowledge of Him
Rewarding relationships
Acts of kindness and forgiveness
Christ-like character
Exaltation of His grace, fun, and humor

        Peacemakers - (singles and married) 9:30 AM in the Fellowship Hall
        Single Friends - 11:00 AM in Room 405


Divorce Care
        Tuesday nights 6:30 - 8:30 in Room 403
        Childcare available with advanced registration 457-4918
        Next class begins January 13


Service Opportunities:
        Help feed the homeless on Sundays after church
                Bring prepared sack lunches.
                Help hand out lunches to the homeless.
                Contact Betty Atkinson, 351-0016, for more information.
               
        Help prepare a meal for the Ronald McDonald House
                This is done through the following ABF's:

        Habitat for Humanity, Amarillo

        Assist with Shepherd's Tree preparation and distribution.
