The music and arts program is incredibly diverse. It exists to provide creative tools for Hillside to love God and lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Hillside's music ranges from traditional American hymns presented by a song leader and choir in the Traditions service to hymns and contemporary praise and worship led by a choir, orchestra, and worship team in The Assembly, to modern worship presented by a modern band and worship leader during The Gathering services.

The dramatic arts are utilized in Hillside's annual pageant, welcoming 15,000 + to see the Gospel presented through music and drama.  In addition, smaller vignettes and sketches are used in Hillside's weekend services.

Technical and production arts are used regularly to accompany most weekend messages, series, and promotion of events.

There are 13 staff and over 400 volunteers working in the arts and music department, with over 1,000 volunteers coming together for the annual Pageant.

For information on how you get involved in any area of arts or music, please contact the appropriate staff person on our staff page.
